Situation:
You are importing a certificate .pfx file into TMG local computer / personal store and everything seems fine. You import by double clicking the .pfx file. You begin creating your web listener and get and error about private key handle error.
Resolution:
Open up mmc certificates-local computer snap in and right click personal store and import and browse for the .pfx file. TMG should now show the certificate as valid to use for the web listener.
